Returns & Refunds

Multiple Viscosity LLC. is proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Truck Buddiez LLC..net purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products as long as the transaction meets these certain basic conditions:

* Item must have been purchased from us directly either on site or at a local event. Items purchased from non-authorized dealers, including but not limited to auction sites (eBay, Facebook, etc.) and/or secondhand dealers ( Amazon “Used” and/or “Special Buy”, Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc.), and/or sold under the category of “Used” are void of any claims for return and/or missing/replacement parts or warranty.  Any expressed warranties are not transferable should the vehicle be sold / traded in etc...

* Item must be unused and in original packaging and received back in salable condition.

* Return must be postage paid by the purchaser.

* All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided with return. 

* Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.

* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Upon receipt of your qualified return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the payment method used, less shipping charges. Please allow 10 days for processing.
